Kunungolu Chuzho, from Nagaland, began her journey with Tattva Wellness Spa in 2016 as a spa therapist. After completing her training and moving away from home for the first time, she embraced every opportunity to learn and grow within the organisation. Her dedication, commitment to guest experience, and continuous pursuit of excellence have led to her progress through multiple leadership roles- Spa Supervisor in 2018, Duty Manager in 2023, and now Assistant Centre Manager in 2025. Along the way, she has also been recognised with: Champions of Sales 2023 Rising Star Award for her transition from therapist to Duty Manager Winner for Best Christmas Décor Kunungolu’s journey is a testament to what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.
